Individual Therapy
One-on-one, neuro-affirming therapy focused on helping you unmask, process your experiences, and build a life that actually fits you.
$150 per 50-minute session
Group Workshops (Coming Soon)
Future small-group spaces for autistic and neurodivergent folks to connect, share experiences, and learn practical tools together.

Rates & Insurance
I currently offer services as a self-pay provider. This gives us more flexibility in how we work together while I complete credentialing with insurance panels.
Individual Therapy
50-minute individual therapy sessions.
$150 per session
At this time, I am self-pay only. I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I am working on credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and expect to begin accepting this plan in the future.
